Dear Mr. Frank J. Larkin:
Re: Public Safety
It is our understanding you have the authority to arrest the president of the United States. We the people have witnessed president Obama allow illegals and criminals into our country illegally. We have witnessed the president aid them, even after knowing they had diseases at the detention centers with allowing homeland security to transport them by bus and plane to different locations around the country. Diseases did spread to our communities impacting US Citizens.
Gang members were allowed into our country able to harm Americans. Cases have been continuing to happen with illegals killing innocent people. The aiding of illegals , including those with known criminal records is in fact participating in public endangerment against US Citizens. We believe this is criminal reckless misconduct by the president.
He is also releasing Felons by the thousands from Federal prisons, with reports of claims they are low risk offenders. To the contrary, law enforcement disagrees. We the people do too. They are Felons with Federal Offenses. There are reports some felons have been leaders in drug trafficking. We already have states with Heroin crisis happening. How can releasing these felons not be contributing to the negative impact of public safety?
Now, we have the controversial issue of the Syrian Refugees. The president is determined to bring them into the country regardless of what Americans want. This is all with knowing there is proof ISIS has infiltrated into the Syrian refugee migration. This is not about Americans 'not caring'. This is not about playing on 'fear'. This is a realistic safety concern for Americans. There are reports the FBI admits there is not a database to determine who are ISIS infiltrators. We know there is no way to know if someone is a trained operative.
So, the president now wants to participate in more public endangerment with the action of bringing these refugees known to include the enemy at a time of war when they have recently threatened to attack our cities. His actions are on the lines of Treason and directly putting Americans in harms way.
We the people ask that you arrest him for acts of criminal public endangerment, criminal reckless misconduct , involuntary manslaughter for the lives lost by these actions and Treason. There are cases to prove what has already happened. This must be stopped immediately. There are laws that need to be enforced to save American lives. We are asking you to do your job for the safety of Americans so we can restore National Security.
